Yom-Ṭob Lipman ha-Cohen Boslanski, dit R. Lipélé Mirer, est un rabbin russe né en 1824 et mort à Mir, dans le gouvernement de Grodno, le 26 décembre 1892. Rabbin à Khaslavitch dans sa jeunesse, il dirigea les dix-huit dernières années de sa vie la communauté juive de Mir, où il fut reconnu comme l'une des plus grandes autorités rabbiniques de Russie; l'un des premiers Ḥovevé Tsion, il tenta en 1889 d'organiser une société d'achat de terres pour fonder une colonie en Palestine et se rendit à Paris solliciter l'aide du baron Edmond de Rothschild. Il est l'auteur d'un recueil de responsa, « Malboushé Yom-Ṭob » (Wilna, 1881).
