Isaac Bonastruc est un rabbin de Palma de Majorque, probablement né à Barcelone, actif à la fin du quatorzième siècle. Ayant perdu toute sa fortune lors des persécutions de 1391, il se rendit à Alger et s'imposa comme rabbin de la communauté juive moyennant un traitement annuel de trente doublons; querelleur de nature, il s'opposa à Isaac ben Sheshet, installé rabbin par la communauté, et tenta même de le calomnier pour l'évincer, avant d'officier finalement au rabbinat aux côtés de Simon Duran et d'Isaac ben Sheshet lui-même.
