Moïse Böhm est un médecin allemand actif au milieu du dix-huitième siècle, engagé en 1740 par la communauté juive de Halberstadt pour soigner ses membres pauvres, fonction qu'il exerça avec un salaire régulier jusqu'en 1747 au moins, selon les registres communautaires. Devenu très populaire auprès des Juifs comme des chrétiens, consulté par la noblesse, il laissa des lettres hébraïques érudites contre l'usage des amulettes et contre les enterrements hâtifs alors courants chez les Juifs de son temps.
