Jacob Bodek de Lemberg est un hébraïsant galicien mort à Lemberg en 1856, auteur d'un pamphlet en deux parties (Lemberg, 1837; Ofen, 1839) critiquant les travaux de Rapoport, Luzzatto et Reggio, puis, avec son beau-frère A. M. Mohr, d'un périodique intitulé « Jérusalem » (Zolkiev 1844, Lemberg 1845, Prague 1845). Il republia avec des notes les chroniques d'Abraham Trebitsch, « Ḳorot ha-'Ittim », couvrant la période de 1741 à 1801, ainsi que leur continuation jusqu'en 1850 (Lemberg, 1851), et écrivit une biographie de son ami Ẓebi Hirsch Chajes de Zolkiev.
