Abraham b. Moïse Bocara est le rabbin de la communauté des Juifs livournais de Tunis, où il meurt en 1879. Il est l'auteur de « Ben Abraham », ouvrage sur des questions difficiles de droit religieux, publié à Livourne en 1882 par son parent Jacob Bocara; plusieurs autres de ses écrits subsistent en manuscrit.
