Ephraïm Israel Blücher est un rabbin et auteur autrichien né le 2 octobre 1813 à Glocksdorf, en Moravie, et mort à Budapest le 6 avril 1882. Tuteur d'hébreu à l'université de Lemberg puis rabbin à Osviecin et à Kosten, il fonde à Vienne un gymnase réel de courte durée avant de s'installer à Neuhäusel puis à Budapest; il publia une grammaire araméenne, « Marpeh Lashon Arami », précédée d'une traduction hébraïque de Fürst (Vienne, 1839), le Livre de Ruth avec traduction et commentaire (Lemberg, 1843), et « Die Synagogenfrage für Deutsche Israeliten » (Vienne, 1860).
