Friedrich Bleek est un théologien chrétien né le 4 juillet 1793 à Ahrensböck, en Holstein, et mort à Bonn en 1859. Formé à Kiel puis à Berlin sous Schleiermacher, De Wette et Neander, il y devient tuteur en 1818 et professeur assistant en 1823, avant d'être nommé en 1829 professeur de théologie à Bonn, poste qu'il occupe jusqu'à sa mort. Ses recherches, consacrées à l'Ancien et au Nouveau Testament, portent notamment sur l'origine des Livres sibyllins (1819-20) et sur la composition du Pentateuque; son « Einleitung in das Alte Testament », publié après sa mort par son fils et par son élève Adolf Kamphausen, connut plusieurs éditions, dont celle de Wellhausen en 1878.
