Mordecai Loeb Bisliches, ou Bisseliches, est un éditeur d'ouvrages hébraïques médiévaux né à Brody, en Autriche, à la fin du dix-huitième siècle et mort vers 1851. Marié dès l'âge de treize ans puis divorcé, il connut le succès dans les affaires à Paris, où il se consacra à l'étude et à la publication de manuscrits hébreux de la Bibliothèque de Paris, avant de collectionner d'autres manuscrits en Hollande et en Italie; de retour à Brody, il édita, avec l'aide de son frère Éphraïm, plusieurs textes médiévaux, dont le « Sefer ha-Nefesh » de Shem-Ṭob Palquera (Lemberg, 1835) et un catalogue de ses propres manuscrits, « Ha-Paliṭ » (Berlin, 1850).
