Oskar Bie est un archéologue allemand, professeur à la Technische Hochschule de Charlottenburg, près de Berlin, né à Breslau le 9 février 1864, également rédacteur en chef de la « Neue Deutsche Rundschau » et converti au christianisme. Il est l'auteur, entre autres, de « Die Musen in der Antiken Kunst » (1886), « Zwischen den Künsten » (1895) et « Das Klavier » (1898).
