Samuel Bergèr est un professeur français de théologie protestante, secrétaire et bibliothécaire de la Faculté de théologie protestante de Paris, né à Beaucourt, dans le Haut-Rhin, le 2 mai 1843, frère de Philippe Bergèr. Formé à la Sorbonne puis à la faculté de théologie de Strasbourg, il publie notamment « La Bible au XVIe Siècle » (1879), « La Bible Française au Moyen Âge » (1884) et « Histoire de la Vulgate » (1893).
