Benjamin de Canterbury, ou de Cambridge, est un rabbin anglais, disciple de Rabbenou Tam, mort au début du treizième siècle. On ne connaît de lui qu'une seule décision halakhique — interdisant d'acheter du lait à un non-juif hors la présence d'un juif — et des notes attribuées sur le « Sefer ha-Galuy » de Joseph Ḳimḥi; il semble avoir appartenu à l'école anglaise des massorètes et grammairiens, et pourrait être identifié au « Magister Benjamin » de Cambridge mentionné dans les Pipe Rolls de 1204.
