Baginsky, Adolf Aron

Médecin allemand, professeur de pathologie infantile à l'université de Berlin, né le 22 mai 1843 à Ratibor, en Silésie prussienne, il fut diplômé de l'université de Berlin en 1866 et exerça ensuite à Berlin puis à Seehausen, près de Magdebourg, à partir de 1868. Devenu privat-docent en 1881 puis professeur associé en 1892, il se consacra aux maladies de l'enfant : il fonda avec l'aide de Virchow, en 1890, l'hôpital pour enfants Kaiser und Kaiserin Friedrich à Berlin, et dirigea depuis 1880 la revue « Archiv für Kinderheilkunde ».
