Hébraïsante et érudite rabbinique, née à Prague vers 1580 et morte à Sofia en 1651, fille d'Isaac ben Simson ha-Cohen et petite-fille, par sa mère, du célèbre rabbin de Prague Löwe ben Bezalel, elle acquit une connaissance de l'hébreu et de la littérature rabbinique assez rare chez une femme pour qu'elle assistât les rabbins dans des difficultés textuelles. Mariée en 1600 à Abraham Samuel Bacharach, elle le suivit à Worms, puis revint à Prague avec ses enfants après sa mort en 1615 ; elle mourut à Sofia en 1651, en route vers la Palestine où elle avait tenu à se rendre.
