Auteur de géographie, actif à Budapest, en Hongrie, dans le premier quart du XIXe siècle. Il est l'auteur du « Béér ha-Louḥot » (Explication des tables), composé de cinq cartes bibliques copiées d'une source latine et abondamment annotées, représentant la dispersion de l'humanité après le Déluge, les migrations des tribus hébraïques dans le désert, leurs campements, la Méditerranée et le projet de partage de la Palestine, et enfin la Palestine selon les sources juives et non juives ; l'ouvrage paraît à Vienne en 1818.
