Rabbin de Slonim puis de Lublin, né vers 1801, mort à Lublin le 6 mars 1852. Il est l'auteur du « Noda ba-She'arim » (Connu aux portes), responsa et novellæ sur le droit talmudique, publié par son frère Abraham Aryé (Varsovie, 1849), et des « Sha'aré Yeroushalayim » (Portes de Jérusalem), commentaire du Talmud de Jérusalem et notes sur le Talmud de Babylone et Isaac Alfasi, publié également par son frère (Varsovie, 1866).
