Lexicographe talmudique, actif à Osnabrück, en Prusse, vers la fin du XIIIe siècle, élève de Samuel ben Baroukh de Bamberg. Il rédige des explications de diverses parties du Maḥzor, reprochant sévèrement aux « hommes de France et des îles de la mer » d'avoir altéré la liturgie. Il est surtout connu pour avoir compilé, en 1290, en l'espace de cinq semaines, une petite édition de l'Aroukh pour son neveu Isaac ben Éléazar ha-Lévi — recension de cent quarante-deux folios qui servira de base au « Lexicon Hebræo-Chaldaicum » de Buxtorf. Il ne doit pas être confondu avec un homonyme du XIIe siècle qui vivait à Worms.
