Homme de lettres marrane, actif dans la dernière partie du XVIIe siècle. Membre du cercle littéraire du dramaturge Joseph Penso, il occupe un rang élevé dans l'armée espagnole à Bruxelles, où il atteint le grade de capitaine, servant notamment comme adjudant du colonel Nicolas Oliver y Fullano ; on le retrouve aussi à Bruxelles et dans d'autres villes hollandaises comme compagnon du poète De Barrios. Il est surtout connu pour sa traduction espagnole du « Contra Apionem » de Josèphe, parue à Amsterdam en 1687 sous le titre « Repuesta de Josepho Contra Apion Alexandrino », dédiée à Isaac Orobio de Castro et publiée avec l'approbation d'Isaac Aboab de Fonseca.
