Auteur rabbinique né en Turquie en 1525, actif à Salonique. À peine âgé de vingt ans, il publie le « Peirouch al Sefer Mishné Torah », commentaire du « Yad ha-Ḥazaḳah » de Maïmonide, paru à Salonique entre 1546 et 1572 puis réédité à Amsterdam en 1706. Il est aussi l'auteur des « Teshouvot », commentaire de passages talmudiques difficiles, publié à Constantinople en 1579 et aujourd'hui entièrement perdu.

À peine âgé de vingt ans, il publia le « Perush 'al Sefer Mishneh Torah », un commentaire sur le Yad ha-Ḥazaḳah de Maïmonide (Salonique, 1546-1572 ; deuxième édition, Amsterdam, 1706). Il est aussi l'auteur du « Teshubot », composé d'un commentaire sur des passages difficiles du Talmud (Constantinople, 1579), qui semble être entièrement perdu.
