De Xàtiva, converti au christianisme au XVIe siècle, dont le nom juif reste inconnu. Dans son zèle missionnaire, il adresse en 1552, depuis Paris, une lettre aux communautés juives du sud de la France les exhortant à se convertir. Ses écrits, rédigés en espagnol, sont traduits en italien à Séville en 1537, puis souvent réédités, à Leipzig en 1595, à Venise en 1597 et à Utrecht en 1646.
