Auteur talmudique du dix-huitième siècle, Aaron ben Solomon Amarillo appartenait à la famille des Amarillo, une lignée de savants qui donna plusieurs grands rabbins à la Turquie. Comme son père Salomon et son frère Moïse, tous deux auteurs d'ouvrages rabbiniques, il publia en 1796 un recueil de responsa, le « Pene Aharon », organisé selon l'ordre du Ṭur.
