Rabbin et auteur turc, né dans la seconde moitié du XVIIe siècle, mort entre 1723 et 1739. Rabbin adjoint à Constantinople, son ouvrage imprimé, « Ḥiddoushim we-Sheelot ou-Teshouvot » (novellæ et responsa), paraît en appendice au « Shené ha-Meorot ha-Guedolim » d'Elie ben Juda Covo (Constantinople, 1739). On sait qu'il était encore vivant en 1723, le « Neeman Shemouel » — paru à Salonique cette année-là — y étant mentionné comme récemment imprimé.
