Casuiste actif en Turquie à la fin du XVIIIe siècle et au début du XIXe. Il écrit le « Zekor le-Abraham » (Souviens-toi d'Abraham), commentaire alphabétique des lois des quatre Ṭourim, paru en deux volumes à Salonique en 1798 et réédité par Juda Ḥaï Alkalaï à Josefow en 1840. Il publie aussi deux volumes de responsa sous le titre « Ḥesed le-Abraham » (Miséricorde envers Abraham), Salonique, 1813-14.
