Palestinian amora of the third generation (4th century), younger contemporary of Zeira I, Ami I and Abba (Ba) b. Mamel, he told that Solomon had placed in the Temple golden trees that flowered each time their real counterparts flowered outside — a teaching he supported with Isaiah xxxv, 2, Lebanon being the symbolic name of the Temple.

AḤA B. ISAAC

This entry is not yet translated: it is shown in French.

Un amora palestinien de la troisième génération (quatrième siècle), cadet contemporain de Zeira I., Ami I., et Abba (Ba) b. Mamel (Yer. Shab. iii. 6_a_, vi. 8_a_). Yoma, iv. 41_d_).
