Talmudiste turc ; vécut à Salonique vers la fin du seizième siècle. Il était dayyan sous Rabbi Solomon ha-Levi, après lequel Yiẓḥaḳi signa troisième sous une décision rendue en 1597, et deuxième sous une décision de 1598. Yiẓḥaḳi fut l'auteur de l'ouvrage "Aḥot Ḳeṭannah," qui est cité dans le "'Edut bi-Yehosef" (i., No. 54) de Joseph Almosnino et dans le "Torat Ḥesed" (No. 65) de Ḥasdai Peraḥya, et qui a été imprimé à la fin du "Halakot Ḳeṭannot" de Jacob Ḥagiz, et qui est erronément attribué par Heilprin ("Seder ha-Dorot," iii., _s.v._) à Michael b. Moses ha-Kohen. C'est un ouvrage en quatre parties sur les lois relatives au "geṭ" d'un mineur.
