Abraham de Troyes dirige la communauté juive de Troyes, en France, au milieu du XIIe siècle, à l'époque de Rabbenu Tam. Son autorité suscite un incident judiciaire retentissant : plusieurs justiciables, dont Eleazar ha-Nadib puis son fils Yom-Ṭob ha-Nadib, refusent de comparaître devant le tribunal rabbinique de Troyes et obtiennent, soutenus respectivement par Isaac ben Samuel de Dampierre et Judah Sire Leon de Paris, que leur cause soit jugée ailleurs.
