Poète liturgique du dix-septième siècle, né à Kosfeld et devenu rabbin à Münster. Lors d'un séjour à Amsterdam en 1675, il eut connaissance d'une tentative de diffamation des Juifs par un ecclésiastique nommé Christopher Bernard, à laquelle il fut répondu victorieusement. Abraham ben Isaac composa alors des seliḥot puis, le danger passé, des pizmonim, imprimés par Joseph Athias à Amsterdam en 1677 dans une brochure devenue très rare, approuvée par de nombreuses autorités rabbiniques.
