Talmudiste et grammairien de Bohême, actif dans la première moitié du treizième siècle, probablement établi à Prague. Il est l'auteur d'un commentaire du Maḥzor intitulé « Arougat ha-Bossem », l'un des plus anciens textes littéraires juifs connus en pays slave, où il suit la méthode des exégètes du nord de la France, en particulier celle du Rachbam, souvent cité. Son explication de mots hébreux obscurs par leurs équivalents en langue bohémienne atteste l'usage de la vernaculaire chez les Juifs de Bohême de son temps.
