Marrane du XVe siècle, il prit part à un projet visant à renverser l'Inquisition en Aragon puis, cet échec consommé, au complot d'assassinat de l'inquisiteur Pedro Arbués, tué le 15 septembre 1485. Arrêté, il se serait suicidé en prison selon Graetz, tandis que Kayserling rapporte que sa tentative échoua et qu'il fut écartelé puis livré aux flammes.
