Rabbin hassidique du nord-ouest de la Russie, né en 1802 et mort le 23 juin 1872, qui exerça à Karlin, près de Pinsk, à la suite de son père et de son grand-père Aaron ben Jacob, avant de s'établir à Stolin quelques années avant sa mort après une querelle avec une riche famille de Karlin. Suivi par des milliers de fidèles qui venaient le voir chaque année vers le Nouvel An, il est l'auteur du « Bet Aharon » (Brody, 1875), recueil d'expositions cabalistiques et éthiques du Pentateuque incluant les écrits conservés de son grand-père, de son père et de son fils.
