Rabbin né vers la fin du XVIe siècle, mort à Lemberg le 18 juin 1643, où il présidait un collège rabbinique. Ses décisions sont conservées dans les responsa d'Abraham Rapoport, Joel Särkes et Meir Lublin, ce dernier en faisant grand éloge ; dans un cas, il condamne la rigueur excessive dans l'application de la Loi.
