Théâtre municipal de Tel-Aviv fondé en 1944 par Josef Millo, en réaction au style expressionniste alors dominant. Animé par des artistes sabras, il privilégie le théâtre local et le répertoire ouest-européen d'avant-garde. Reconnu théâtre municipal en 1970, il s'installe en 2003 au Tel Aviv Performing Arts Center et reçoit le prix Israël en 2005.
