Fils de David Biderman et gendre de Rabbi Yaakov Yitzchak Rabinowicz (le Yid ha-Kadosh de Przysucha). Il conduit la dynastie et s'installe à Jérusalem vers la fin de sa vie (1851), ouvrant la branche Lelov-Jérusalem.
