الطرف الاول - السيد فريد داود سمره ، رئيس اللجنة الاداريه للطائفة الاسرائيليه ببغداد ( القائمة بمقام المجلس الجسماني للطائفة المذكوره ) المتوليه على وقف نصيفة الصيدليه الموقوفه من قبل ساسون <del>حزوم</del> صالح دانيال . اضافة للوقف المذكور . الطرف الثاني - المحاميان السيدين مصطفى الانكرلي وابراهيم حزوم . بالايجاب والقبول الحاصل بين الطرفين قد نظمت هذه الاتفاقيه بينهما حسب الشروط التاليه

( ١ ) ان الطرف الاول قد وكل الطرف الثاني على الدعوى المقامه من قبله على السيد جاسم نريمان بخصوص تحصيل اربعة الاف وخمسمائة دينار اجر المثل عن نصيفة الشائعه الموقوفه من قبل المرحوم ساسون صالح دانيال من الصيدلية المرقمه بعدد الابواب ١٥٨/٢٤٦ الواقعه بمحلة سوق الغزل - جلادة سوق العطارين - .

( ٢ ) ان اجرة المحاماة المتفق عليها بين الطرفين التي يستحقها الطرف الثاني عن الدعوى المذكوره مائتان وسبعين دينارا على اساس بالمائة ستة بنسبة المبلغ المدعى به يدفع منها مقدما النصف والباقي مؤخرا كما مبين في البند التالي .

( ٣ ) لقد استلم الطرف الثاني من السيد ميرد نكور الوكيل العام عن اللجنة الاداريه للطائفة الاسرا ببغداد النصف المقدم من اجرة المحاماة وقدره مائة وخمسة وثلاثين دينار نقدا والنصف المؤخر من - الاجرة البالغ مائة وخمسة وثلاثين دينارا يدفع له من قبل الطرف الاول عند انتهاء الدعوى واستحصال الحكم بالمبلغ المدعى به وقدره اربعة الاف وخمسمائة دينارا بالتمام واكتساب الحكم الدرجة القطعيه او اذا حصل الصلح بين الطرفين المتداعيين او اذا تركت الدعوى بناء على طلب الطرف الاول . على انه اذا صدر الحكم بمبلغ الفين ومائتين وخمسين دينار او اقل منه فان الطرف الثاني لا - يحق له المطالبه باكثر مما استوفاه مقدماً . اما اذا صدر الحكم بازيد من الفين ومائتين وخمسين - دينار فالطرف الثاني يحق له ان يستوفي بالمائة ستة عما زاد على الفين ومائتين وخمسين ديناراً .

First Party - Mr. Farid Dawood Samra, Chairman of the Administrative Committee of the Israelite Community in Baghdad (Acting as the Physical Council of the aforementioned community) trustee of the half-share of the endowed pharmacy by Sasson <del>Hazoum</del> Saleh Daniel. In addition to the mentioned endowment. Second Party - Lawyers Messrs. Mustafa Al-Ankarli and Ibrahim Hazoum. ( 2 ) The legal fees agreed upon between the two parties, which the second party is entitled to for the aforementioned lawsuit, is two hundred and seventy dinars, on the basis of six percent of the amount claimed, half of which is paid in advance and the rest later as specified in the following clause. ( 3 ) The second party has received from Mr. Meer Nekkor, the general agent of the Administrative Committee of the Israelite Community in Baghdad, the advance half of the legal fees amounting to one hundred and thirty-five dinars in cash, and the delayed half of - the fee, amounting to one hundred and thirty-five dinars, shall be paid to him by the first party upon the conclusion of the lawsuit and obtaining a judgment for the full amount claimed, four thousand five hundred dinars, and the judgment gaining final degree, or if a settlement is reached between the litigating parties, or if the lawsuit is dropped based on the request of the first party. However, if the judgment is issued for an amount of two thousand two hundred and fifty dinars or less, the second party - is not entitled to claim more than what was collected in advance. But if the judgment is issued for more than two thousand two hundred and fifty - dinars, the second party is entitled to collect six percent of the amount exceeding two thousand two hundred and fifty dinars.
