Megilla Case in Carved Olive Wood from the Holy Land

Cylindrical case turned from Holy Land olive wood, carved with floral motifs, the silhouette of Jerusalem, or engraved verses. Produced by craftsmen from Jerusalem and Bethlehem for pilgrims and the souvenir market, it housed the scroll of Esther read at Purim and combined devotion with local craftsmanship.
