Large tinned copper plate, engraved on the surface with medallions, fine scrollwork and bands of Hebrew inscriptions in the Persian metalware style. The center bears the order of the Seder or a star, the border the names of symbolic foods. Coming from the communities of Isfahan and Shiraz, it served as the central platter at Passover.
