Khémisset

Khémisset is a city on the central Moroccan plateau, capital of the eponymous province and administrative center of the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra region. A small Jewish community resided there in the nineteenth and first half of the twentieth century, active in craftsmanship and small trade, before dispersing to major cities and Israel.
