Né en 1960 à Kyiv de parents juifs, oligarque ukrainien, fondateur du groupe industriel Interpipe et de la fondation Victor Pinchuk. Il soutient notamment des causes juives et le dialogue judéo-ukrainien (Prix Metropolitan Andrey Sheptytsky 2014). Ce n'est pas une figure patrimoniale/auteur : sa seule publication notable est une tribune dans le Wall Street Journal (2016).
