Rabbin né à Prague vers 1650, actif à Ofen (Buda). Lors de l'assaut impérial de 1686 qui reprit la ville aux Ottomans, sa femme fut tuée, son fils mourut en captivité à Raab et lui-même échappa de peu à la mort (3 septembre 1686), événement commémoré par sa famille comme le « Pourim de Schulhof ». Il mourut le 19 janvier 1733.
