Solomon Ibn Gabirol (c. 1021-1058), poet and philosopher of Malaga, developed in the Fons Vitae (Mekor Hayyim) a Neoplatonic metaphysics based on universal matter and form. Known to Latin scholastics as Avicebron, his Jewish identity long remained unknown. His sacred poetry, including Keter Malkhut, remains central to Sephardic liturgy.
This Great Book does not yet have published chapters. The chapters — each bearing its register, its epistemic status and its sources — will be added as editorial enrichment and assisted generation progress.
