Midrash Rabbah ("great Midrash") is a vast collection of aggadic midrashim covering the five books of the Torah and the five scrolls. Its components, such as Bereshit Rabbah on Genesis and Vayikra Rabbah on Leviticus, were composed at different times in the Land of Israel. Rich in parables, interpretations and theological reflection, it is a pillar of classical Jewish thought.
This Great Book does not yet have published chapters. The chapters — each bearing its register, its epistemic status and its sources — will be added as editorial enrichment and assisted generation progress.
