A variety of Tamazight used by certain Jewish communities of the High Atlas and Anti-Atlas, Judeo-Berber served chiefly as a language of oral translation (sharh) of the Bible and the Haggadah. Several Berber translations of the Passover Haggadah were collected in the twentieth century. The community has almost entirely emigrated to Israel.
This Great Book does not yet have published chapters. The chapters — each bearing its register, its epistemic status and its sources — will be added as editorial enrichment and assisted generation progress.
