קריאת שמע
Intersection register · custodian, not owner
The Shema Israel is the central declaration of faith in Judaism, proclaiming God's oneness from the verse in Deuteronomy. Recited morning and evening, and at bedtime, it contains three biblical paragraphs on the love of God, the commandments, and the tzitzit. Its recitation, seen as accepting the 'yoke of the Kingdom of Heaven,' also accompanies a person's final moments.
This Great Book does not yet have published chapters. The chapters — each bearing its register, its epistemic status and its sources — will be added as editorial enrichment and assisted generation progress.
