קריאת התורה וההפטרה
Intersection register · custodian, not owner
The public reading of the Torah from a parchment scroll structures the services of Shabbat, festivals, and Mondays and Thursdays. The weekly portion (parashah) is divided into sections to which worshippers are called up (aliyah). It is followed by the Haftarah, a prophetic passage thematically linked to the reading, and chanted with cantillation according to traditional signs (te'amim).
This Great Book does not yet have published chapters. The chapters — each bearing its register, its epistemic status and its sources — will be added as editorial enrichment and assisted generation progress.
