Kodashim ("holy things") is the fifth of the six orders of the Mishnah. It treats the Temple's sacrificial service, offerings and ritual slaughter: tractates Zevachim, Menachot, Chullin, Bekhorot, Temurah and Tamid, among others. Although most of its laws no longer apply since the Temple's destruction, its study remains central, notably for Maimonides.
This Great Book does not yet have published chapters. The chapters — each bearing its register, its epistemic status and its sources — will be added as editorial enrichment and assisted generation progress.
