Manuscript, long responsum by Rabbi Moses Shalom Stoll. Freyenburg, 1914. Concerning the prohibition on one who forbade a citron to himself from benefit, and another came and acquired it. Neat rounded handwriting and his signature. [The responsum was printed at the beginning of his responsa work "Shem Olam"]. The Gaon Rabbi Moses Shalom Stoll, among the Rabbis of Lithuania, the last Rabbi of the city of Byvsk. Previously served as Rabbi in Yezna (Lithuania) and Freyenburg (Courland). Author of responsa "Shem Olam", and the book "Paths of Peace". Perished in the Holocaust. 13 pages. 27 cm. Fair to good condition. Stains, tears, folding marks.
