Two colored marriage contracts. Printed in two columns, in one the text of the ketubah and to its left a conditions document. Various verses and decorative motifs in colored and gilded ink (Star of David, columns with menorahs at their head, wheat, handshake, and more). In the background of one of the contracts the symbol of the "Central Council of Jews in Bulgaria". Handwritten completion for the wedding of the groom Nissim son of Shabbat Mazal Levi with the bride Miriam [daughter of] Abraham Mazal Levi. Gorna Dzhumaya (Bulgaria), 5689 [1929], and for the wedding of the groom David son of Solomon Rachel Cordoba with the bride Rachel daughter of Abraham Mazal Levi. Gorna Dzhumaya, 5696 [1936]. 60 cm. Condition: fair, tears in fold marks and margins, stains. In one of the contracts government stamps are affixed.
