A single large-format page, with illustrations of Jerusalem and texts describing the cities of the Land of Israel. Altona, 5619 [1859]. At the top of the page is printed the inscription "Spura Yuḥusa de-Ẓadikia Kadisha de-Israel u-be-Matibeih Shḥem [Shechem] Yerushalayim Ḥevron Ẓfat ve-Teverya tov be-bet akher ke-reshit" and beside it similar translations in English, German and French. In the right margins the image of Moses and in the left margins the image of Aaron the Priest. In the center of the page four illustrations of the city of Jerusalem and two small illustrations of the tomb of Zechariah the Prophet and the tomb of Rachel. In the center of the page is printed a text detailing the locations of the graves of the righteous near the holy cities. At the bottom of the page are printed the inscription "If I forget you, Jerusalem", illustrations of "Yad Avshalom" (an illustration of a pair of hands during the priestly blessing) and "the well of Miriam" and the menorah "For the Chief Musician". In the lower margins is printed an inscription detailing the source of the text and attributing it to Rabbi Ḥayim ben Jacob Abulafia (the First): "This form is found written in the handwriting of the learned Rabbi, emissary of the Merciful One, the honored Rabbi Ḥayim Abulafia, the rabbi of Jerusalem, of blessed memory, and is now printed by... Rabbi Benjamin ha-Cohen Yohoram, who sits in the study house of Sonnebel, of blessed memory, Altona, may it be built.". On its reverse side additional handwritten drawings were added (one of them, from the 19th century, on the topic of redemption of Zion). 42 × 52.5 cm. Medium-good condition. The page underwent professional washing and restoration, artistic. Fold marks, tears at the edges, damage and stains (all restored). Missing tear at the bottom edges (approximately 12 × 4 cm) – restored.
