Letter from Admor Rabbi Avraham Yehoshua Heshel of Kopyczynce, 1963. Guidance and greeting addressed to one of his disciples: "…and my prayer to Hashem is that he shall live in good health with his family, draw much satisfaction from his close ones and succeed in all of his endeavors…". Admor Rabbi Avraham Yehoshua Heshel of Kopyczynce (1898-1967), of the leading US Admors. Descended from the Admors of Apta, son of Rabbi Yitzchak Meir Heshel of Kopyczynce, took over from his father as Admor from 1936. Fled from Vienna in 1939 to New York where he founded his Batei Midrash. Buried in Tiberias near the grave of his uncle, Rabbi Israel of Husyatin. Approx. 30 cm aerogram. Good condition, wrinkles and filing holes.
