Périodique publié en Allemagne dans la première moitié du dix-neuvième siècle. Il parut d'abord d'octobre 1839 à octobre 1841 comme mensuel à Meiningen. Il fut ensuite agrandi et publié hebdomadairement à Herzfeld de 1842 à juin 1848 ; et à Francfort en 1845 comme organe du Frankfort Reformverein. Un supplément littéraire fut publié en 1846. Mendel Hess, un rabbin actif dans le mouvement réformiste, en était l'éditeur, et S. Holdheim se joignit à lui durant les derniers mois de l'existence du journal, janvier à juin 1848. Ce périodique était remarqué pour sa position théologique avancée et pour ses attaques polémiques contre l'Orthodoxie.
