Journal hebdomadaire ; publié à Francfort-sur-le-Main. Le premier numéro parut le 4 janvier 1839 ; il cessa sa publication le 24 décembre 1841. L'historien bien connu Isaac Marcus Jost en fut l'éditeur. Le journal publiait les nouvelles juives de tous les points et des articles sur la littérature et l'histoire juives. Sa position théologique était neutre, et sa principale valeur résidait dans son travail historique.
